We use USPS, UPS, FEDEX and DHL for all shipping within the United States and its territories, Puerto Rico and military addresses – please allow up to 10 business days for delivery (usually less). UPS Expedited Shipping is available. In some instances, we are asked to ship signature required. If you are not available to receive your package, UPS will attempt delivery of your package for three consecutive business days. After this time period, the package will be returned to us. Any shipping fees incurred due to this situation, will be charged to you for our inconvenience.
International orders are shipped by UPS International Global Express and DHL (all with signature required). Telephone numbers are required for shipment. UPS will not authorize shipments without a telephone listed. This generally requires 10-14 days for delivery, though customs and shipping delays are possible. If you are not available to receive your package, UPS will attempt delivery of your package for three consecutive business days. After this time period, the package will be returned to us. Any shipping fees incurred due to this situation, will be charged to you. Please also note that any special international fees, i.e. customs, import, impound etc will be the sole responsibility of the receiver. Please allow adequate time for receipt of your order. If you have not received your order within 30 days, please let us know.
Please note that we are required by law to include accurate customs forms with all international packages. We are unable to declare orders as ‘gifts’ or report incorrect values.

Orders placed for in-stock items before 10am PST (Pacific Standard Time), Monday through Friday will usually ship within one business day. Please note that we may have to verify your billing information. Any incomplete or incorrect information may result in processing delays.
Unfortunately, you cannot change your shipping address or shipment method after your order has been submitted. The order is immediately sent to the fulfillment center and can no longer be changed by our system. If your shipping information differs from your billing information, your order may be delayed for verification.
Due to shippers restrictions, we cannot deliver to PO Box or APO addresses.
Please note that we do not offer Saturday, Sunday, or holiday shipping and deliveries. Shipment confirmation emails with tracking numbers are sent the business day after your order ships. We can only ship to addresses within United States. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed before you complete your order. You can find out the cost of the selected shipping method by placing products in the shopping cart and proceeding to the “checkout”. You can also see shipping costs, after placing your order, on the Order Acknowledgment e-mail and on the online Order Status.
From time to time, it may be necessary to ship products with special handling rules, service levels and/or weight and size restrictions using another carrier. You will be notified at time of shipment which carrier has been selected for your order and details on how to obtain delivery information.
